At RoCo Roofing LLC, we take pride in the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our customers. That’s why we offer a 5-year workmanship warranty on all roofing installations. This warranty covers any defects caused by our installation process, including issues like missing shingles, leaks, and other defects directly related to the craftsmanship of our team.

What’s Covered:

• Missing Shingles: If any shingles were improperly installed and are missing or damaged due to faulty workmanship.

• Leaks: Any leaks resulting from issues in the installation, such as improperly sealed areas or poor flashing installation.

• Defects in Installation: Any other defects directly tied to our installation process.

What’s Not Covered:

• Storm Damage: This warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather events, such as heavy winds, hail, or other natural disasters.

• Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover the natural aging of your roof or issues unrelated to installation quality.

• Damage from Third Parties: Any repairs or issues caused by other contractors or unauthorized parties are not covered under this warranty.
