Hello, my name is Patrick O’Brien I am one of a few project managers with RoCo Roofing based out of Holland Michigan. A graduate of Fairmont State College in 2003 has led to working in both public and private sectors. Helping the public by making a difference in peoples lives makes me feel blessed weather by teaching new ideals or providing assurance of a safe roof over your head. My goal is to provide high quality services and products at a reasonable price. I look forward to working with you and getting to know you better.
Rob Gifford
My name is Rob Gifford, and I’m proud to be the newest member of the ROCO Roofing team, serving as a Project Manager. I bring over 13 years of experience in storm damage restoration for both residential and commercial properties, with a strong focus on roofing and siding. My in-depth knowledge of hail and wind damage allows me to provide accurate assessments and ensure each property is restored to its pre-storm condition with precision and care.
I’m committed to delivering a personalized experience for every client, including prompt emergency response and clear, consistent communication throughout the entire process. My clients’ peace of mind is always a top priority.
Outside of work, I value time with my family, my faith, and—like many Michiganders—sports. I truly enjoy meeting new people and guiding them through the often overwhelming insurance process, making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
Looking ahead, my professional goal is to grow within ROCO Roofing and eventually take on the role of Regional Manager for Eastern Michigan.

I am Nate Switzer, a dedicated husband of eighteen years and father of five with a wealth of experience in the roofing industry spanning over four years. My commitment to service stems from a desire to assist individuals during challenging times, particularly in the aftermath of severe weather events. With a deep understanding of the importance of stability and security for families, I take pride in providing reliable roofing solutions to my valued clientele.

With 17 years of experience in Quality, Project Management, and Continuous Improvement, I am deeply passionate about delivering precision-quality products and exceptional customer service. Building lasting relationships with clients and vendors is at the heart of what I do—not just to meet immediate needs, but to foster partnerships that go beyond business. I take pride in exceeding expectations through outstanding communication, top-tier products, and dedicated service. Born and raised in West Michigan, I have a deep appreciation for the four seasons and enjoy powersports like boating, off-roading, and snowmobiling. Outside of work, I’m a dedicated family man, blessed with an amazing wife, Pam, and my daughter, Taylor, who is the joy of my life.
