More Than a Roofing Company

A partner in protecting what matters

A roof is one of the largest investments you’ll make in your home, and most homeowners only make it once or twice in a lifetime. That’s why we spend more time explaining than selling. We’ll show you photos of what we find, walk you through your options and what each one costs, and leave the decision with you. No pressure, no surprise charges once the work starts.

ROOF FINANCING MADE SIMPLE

A new roof rarely arrives at a convenient time. Financing lets you get the work done now and spread the cost over monthly payments instead of paying it all at once.

Checking your options takes a couple of minutes and won’t affect your credit score — you only commit once you’ve seen the numbers.

Financing Options for Your Project

We work with three financing partners — GreenSky, Wisetack and Acorn — so you’re not tied to a single lender’s terms. Between them you’ll usually find an option that fits, whether you want the lowest monthly payment, the shortest term, or a promotional period with no interest.

Checking your options takes a few minutes and uses a soft credit check, so your score isn’t affected. You only commit once you’ve seen the actual numbers.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just had dealings this company today and were very efficient and were quite respectful of the property. They really wanted make sure I was understanding of every step and made sure I left knowledgeable of my situation and how they fixed it. And left with a great looking roof and made a major fix/ventilation issues from past roofers of a different company long ago. Thank you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend RoCo Roofing! We had roofing damage from the recent storms, and I was hesitant to reach out to any roofer to get the process started - but Steve and his team made the entire experience incredibly positive. Who knew choosing a roof and watching it go up could be so rewarding! And it's entirely based on RoCo Roofing. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. All my questions were answered honestly, communication was excellent, and any request I had was honored. The scheduling was efficient, job done within a few weeks of contacting them, and the crew who did the work was respectful, kind & clean. Also, RoCo is family owned, local and right in our community. 10 star rating!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They were great. They did an awesome job and did it very fast. They treated me like they would their mother. I loved that. When it came to working with my insurance company they were great. It helped so much to have them go to bat for me. Thank you Rob and Steve

Serving West Michigan

We’re based in Holland and work across West Michigan, from the lakeshore through the Grand Rapids metro. Being local matters more than it sounds: we know how lake-effect snow loads a roof through winter, where ice dams form on older homes, and which neighbourhoods took the worst of the last hailstorm.

If you’re in one of these communities, we can usually get out for an inspection within a few days — sooner if you’ve got active water coming in.

Trusted. Certified. Protected.

Anyone can call themselves a roofer in Michigan. Fewer can show you the paperwork. We hold a State of Michigan Builder License, and we carry general liability, professional liability, auto liability and workers’ compensation insurance, plus bonding. That matters more than it sounds — if an uninsured crew is injured on your property, the claim can end up on your homeowner’s policy. We’re also a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating, an OSHA-compliant contractor, a GAF Certified installer and an IKO RoofPro member. Those manufacturer credentials have to be earned and maintained, and they let us offer extended material warranties alongside our own 10-year workmanship guarantee. Ask any contractor to show you proof of license and insurance before work starts. Ask us and you’ll have our license number and certificates of insurance the same day — no chasing, no excuses.
