We are actively hiring for the following roles:

1. Office Manager

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and have a knack for managing day-to-day operations, we want to hear from you! As an Office Manager at RoCo Roofing, you’ll be an integral part of our team, helping to ensure smooth operations and top-tier customer service. Experience in office management is preferred.

2. Project Managers

As a Project Manager at RoCo Roofing, you will oversee roofing projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with clients, scheduling crews, ensuring quality standards, and keeping projects on track. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in project management and a strong understanding of the roofing industry.

3. Appointment Setters

Are you a people person? As an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting potential clients with our services. You’ll be responsible for scheduling consultations and helping to build strong relationships with future customers. Excellent communication skills are a must!

Locations: Michigan & Indiana

We’re hiring for positions across both Michigan and Indiana. Whether you’re located in these states or willing to relocate, we welcome applicants from both areas.
