This warranty covers defects caused by our installation process, including missing shingles, leaks, and other issues related to our team’s craftsmanship.

What’s Covered:

• Missing Shingles: We are responsible for missing or damaged shingles caused by faulty workmanship.

• Leaks: It cause leaks from improperly sealed areas or poor flashing installation.

• Defects in Installation: We create defects directly tied to our installation process.

What’s Not Covered:

• Storm Damage: Extreme weather events, such as heavy winds, hail, or other natural disasters, do not cover this warranty.

• Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover the natural aging of your roof or issues unrelated to installation quality.

• Damage from Third Parties: Other contractors or unauthorized parties may cause repairs or issues not covered by this Roofing Warranty.
